We offer CBT for a variety of issues, including anxiety, depression, OCD, phobias, bipolar disorder, insomnia, and social anxiety. Our goal is to provide comprehensive care that addresses your specific needs.

How much do sessions cost?

1. Regular Sessions: 12,500 PKR per 50-minute session

2. Special Rate for LUMS Students: 10,000 PKR per session

3. International Clients: £50 per session

Each session is meticulously structured to last 50 minutes, with the option to extend by an additional 15 minutes upon mutual agreement. This flexibility allows us to cater to the varying needs of our clients, providing extended support when necessary.

How many sessions does it usually take? Or is attending CBT a continuous process?

CBT is a time limited form of therapy. The aim of which is to make you your own therapist.While it is difficult to provide an exact amount of time. You can expect sessions to last anywhere from a few weeks to a few months.

Is CBT effective in an onsite setting?

Yes, CBT is highly effective in both online and onsite settings. Whether you choose our personal touch onsite or the convenience of online therapy, we ensure a strong therapeutic relationship to enhance the therapy's effectiveness.
